Abincin rasberi (na kwanaki 3)

Wannan abincin ba kawai dadi ba ne, amma yana da amfani. Bugu da ƙari, yana da sakamako mai mahimmanci kuma ya wanke jiki.



FIRST DAY

Breakfast : 100 grams na gida cuku ko 200 ml na ryazhenka, 100 g of rasberi.
2nd karin kumallo : 150 g na madara jelly tare da raspberries.
Abincin rana : 200 g na nama mai kaza tare da naman alade.
Abincin dare : 1 gilashin milkshake tare da 100 g na raspberries.


DAYA DAYA

Abincin karin kumallo : kimanin 200 ml mai-yogurt ko kefir, 100 g raspberries.
2nd karin kumallo : 200 g raspberries tare da 2 teaspoons na zuma.
Abincin rana : 150 g na kifaye, 1 tumatir, 1 kokwamba, ganye.
Abincin dare : 200 g raspberries tare da 1 tablespoon hazelnut.


YI MUHIMI

Breakfast : 200 ml na kefir ko curdled madara, 100 g na rasberi.
2nd karin kumallo : 200 g raspberries, ƙasa tare da 50 g walnuts.
Abincin rana : 50 g na Boiled Boiled, 150 g salatin daga farin kabeji da karas tare da 2 teaspoons na man zaitun.
