Sanya albarkatun cikin saucepan. Zuba isasshen ruwa don rufe albasa da 2 inci. Ku zo zuwa tafasa. Cook har sai da tausasawa. Canja wurin ƙaddamar da sannu. Bar ruwa don dafa shinkafa. Tumatir miya: Sanya tumatir sliced a cikin kwanon rufi, grated tafarnuwa, 1/2 tsp. gishiri. Ƙara 1/2 kopin ruwa da haɗuwa. Tafasa a kan zafi kadan don minti 20-30. Ƙara ruwa kaɗan idan ya cancanta. Ciyar da albasa a babban adadin man shanu har sai da zinariya. Anyi! Narke man shanu a saucepan. Ƙara albasa yankakken yankakken. Don yayyafa har sai launin ruwan kasa. Zuba 2 1/2 kofuna na broth daga karkashin lentils. Ƙara cumin. Ƙara 2 tsp. gishiri da turmeric. Ku kawo broth a tafasa. Tafasa shinkafa a cikin broth (minti 15). Mun shimfiɗa a kan tasa wani shinkafa, sa'an nan kuma wani Layer na albasa, gurasa nama, tumatir miya da albasa.
