Sinadaran:- Gwangwani na naman alade 600g
- Turmeric 1 tsp.
- Coriander bushe 0.2 tsp.
- Pepper black ƙasa 2 tsunkule
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Man zaitun 4 tbsp. l.
- Sage Fresh 2 sprigs
- Albasa 1 pc.
- Dogon hatsi shinkafa 300 g
- Ruwa 1.2 l
- Mataki na 1 Don shirya wannan tasa, muna buƙatar shinkafa, da naman alade, sage (sabo ne ko gwano), albasa, man zaitun, gishiri, barkono fata, coriander, turmeric, ruwa.
- Mataki na 2 An yanka shi cikin cubes na matsakaiciyar matsakaici.
- Mataki na 3 Ana tsabtace albasarta, a yanka a kananan cubes kuma a gurasa a cikin man zaitun.
