"Moutarde" - Sauce daga Faransa Mustard sauce "Moutarde" - daya daga cikin shahararrun furotin na gargajiya da kuma shahararrun Faransa. Wannan sauya ana yawan aiki tare da nama mai launin fata da kayan marmari. A miya yana da matukar dadi, mai arziki dandano da ƙanshi. Abin dandano yana da hadari sosai. Darasi na ƙwayar mustard, dandana albasa, wariyar launin ganye. Za ku kuma son irin daidaitattun saurin!
Sinadaran:- Shallot 50 g
- Doard 1 tsp.
- White giya vinegar 7 ml
- Kirim mai tsami 3 tbsp. l.
- Butter 20 g
- Milk 30 ml
- Salt 1 tsuntsu
- Pepper black ground 1 tsunkule
- Faski sabo 15 g
- Mataki na 1 Don yin mustard sauce muna buƙatar shallots (za'a iya maye gurbin da albasa), mustard, kirim mai tsami, madara, gishiri, barkono, vinegar, man, faski.
- Mataki 2 Yankakken albasa a cikin kwandon, ƙara man shanu da kuma fry har sai da zinariya.
- Mataki na 3 Add mustard da vinegar.
- Mataki na 4 Ƙara kirim mai tsami.
- Mataki na 5 Add gishiri da barkono.
- Mataki na 6 Ƙara madara da kuma tafasa kowane minti 2.
- Mataki na 7 A ƙarshe, ƙara ganye.
- Mataki na 8 Shirya sauya don hidima ga nama ko kayan lambu.
