Riba da aka shirya a wannan hanya za a iya yin soyayyen ba kawai a cikin kwanon rufi ba, amma har ma a dafa a kan abincin da barbecue a yayin wasan kwaikwayo, gasa a cikin tanda! Na shawarce ku ku bauta wa madauran rumman da salatin kayan lambu da kayan lambu don naman alade.
Sinadaran:- Gumaman alade 400g
- Winegar balsamic duhu 1 tbsp. l.
- Man zaitun 1 tbsp. l.
- Tafarnuwa 1 albasa
- Basil bushe 1 tsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ƙasa 2 tsunkule
- Mataki 1 Don shiri na naman alade muna buƙatar samfurori masu zuwa: ƙwayoyin naman alade, Basil Basil, Balsamic vinegar, man zaitun, gishiri, barkono fata, tafarnuwa.
- Mataki na 2 An tara kullun naman alade a cikin kwano, an zuba shi da balsamic vinegar, man zaitun, yafa masa da gishiri, barkono fata, busassun bushe da tafarnuwa tafarnuwa.
- Mataki na 3 Mix sosai da kuma sanya marinade a cikin firiji don awa 1, kafin ka rufe tasa tare da fim din abinci.
- Mataki na 4 Ta gaba, fure naman alade a cikin karamin man zaitun a kowane bangare har sai an dafa (a kan zafi mai zafi na kimanin minti 15-20).
- Mataki na 5 Muna bauta wa haƙarƙarin nan da nan bayan dafa abinci, tare da abincin da kuka fi so da kuma kayan lambu!
